Rev. E. A. Hansley, the manager of Christian Missionary Society, established this school in the year 1904. He worked from the year 1902 to 1920. One of the branch of this school was mission for the girls’ help in developing the school.

The written Record started establishing from 23rd, July 1909. 38 students in K.G. and 1st class. The fifth class was established in the year July 1914 and there were 2 students.

In 1938 Vernacular School got recognized.

In 1945 Indian English school Satpula C.E.Z got recognized. Teachers helped in the education of adult educational programmes, and went teaching from house to house.

Ninth Class started on 20th April 1951.

In 1.4.1953 the school got its first recognition for High School examination. At that time there were one section of  each classes and the school was run especially by St. Luke Church, Ganjipura and St. Paul Church, Ghamapur.

In 1.4.1959 the school was converted to Higher Secondary School.

After the first Manager, Ms. E. C. Karbi, who was an English Lady, Ms. K. B. Jacob, who was an Indian Lady helped in managing and coordinating the school from 1.7.1959.

On 5th May 1959 the Managing Committee got registered through the Nagpur Diocesan Board Chairman, The Rt. Rev. Dr. R. S. Bhandari, Bishop of the Nagpur Diocese.

In 1.7.1977 Biology and Science got introduced. In 1979 Biology Lab was inaugurated by Rt. Rev. Dr. R. S. Bhandari. Maths - Science classes started in 1991. At present Computer Education has also been established.

Commerce subject got introduced in the year 2003.

This is how the school got towards the path of success. Besides studies many curricular activities are organized. Cultural Programmes (dance, drama, singing, debates etc.) sports like volley ball, hockey, kho-kho etc. Students activity participates in guide, Bul Bul.

At present the Rt. Rev. Dr. P. C. Singh, is the Chairman of the Managing Committee, Mr. L. Mathews is the Secretary and Rev. Ajay Martin is the Manager. Ms. S. Dong is the present principal of the school.
